设计并实现了双向互动的省地协调电压控制系统。以"互动化"为核心理念,提出了双向互动的省地协调电压控制模式。引入省地协调控制代理,构造分布式协调电压控制多智能体架构。选择省地关口无功和关口电压作为协调变量,将省地协调控制转化为对省地关口运行状态的协调控制,省调代理生成关口电压控制能力约束和关口无功控制需求约束,地调代理生成关口无功控制能力约束和关口电压控制需求约束,协调代理综合考虑各代理提出的控制能力约束和控制需求约束,生成协调控制策略,供省、地各级代理执行。该系统已在江苏电网投入运行,并取得了明显的控制效果。
An automatic voltage coordinated control system by coordination between provincial and district power networks is designed and implemented. The automatic coordinated control mode is designed based on bidirectional-interaction. A coordinated control agent is introduced, and the multi-agent system coordination structure is proposed. The reactive power and voltage on the provincial and district boundary are chosen as coordinated variables. The provincial agent provides the voltage ability constraints and reactive power demand constraints, while the district agent provides the voltage demand constraints and reactive power ability constraints. With these coordinated constraints, the coordinated control agent generates a coordinated control strategy for the provincial and district agents. The coordinated control system has been implemented in Jiangsu power grid and an excellent performance has been observed.
