采用原型现场试验的方法,分析PCCP的管内水压试验方法、破坏特征和承载机理。详细叙述了试验前试件成型与测量方案,阐述了内水压承载试验的具体过程及试验破坏特征。基于试验结果分析了PCCP的承载机理:PCCP较普通混凝土管承载力的提高是由于预应力钢丝的作用,极限内水压时,表现为钢丝的屈服和混凝土的最终拉裂破坏,发挥了组合结构中各材料的性能。试验研究为超大口径PCCP管道的生产、施工积累了经验,为制订超大口径PCCP管道标准及其质量验收标准提供依据。

英文摘要:

A field prototype test was used to analyze the method of testing the internal water pressure of pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP), its failure characteristics, and its beating mechanism. The scheme for pre-tcst molding and measurement of test pieces is described. The concrete testing process and failure characteristics are explained. Finally, the beating mechanism is analyzed based on the test results. The bearing capacity of PCCP is higher than that of a common concrete pipe due to the use of pre-stressed steel wires. At the maximum internal water pressure, the steel wire yields and the concrete is fractured. PCCP gives play to the properties of all materials in the combined structure. This test study collects experience for the production and comtrucfion of super-caliber PCCP and provides a basis for formulating super-caliber PCCP quality standards.
