通过分析与推导,研究预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)承受内水压荷载下的全过程。将PCCP承受内水压荷载从弹性到屈服分为3个阶段:①弹性阶段;②混凝土开裂阶段;③钢丝屈服阶段。在混凝土开裂阶段建立正交异性模型,计算混凝土的应力,递推钢丝的应力,从而以判断钢丝的屈服来判断PCCP的屈服,最后得出PCCP混凝土的开裂内水压荷载以及钢丝屈服时的内水压值,并与试验进行了比较。

英文摘要:

Based on the analysis and theoretical derivation,the whole process of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP) under internal load was investigated.The process of PCCP under internal load from the elasticity to the wire yield was divided into three stages:(1) elastic stage;(2) concrete cracking stage;(3) wire yield stage.An orthotropic model was established for the concrete cracking stage,and the stress of the concrete was calculated and that of the wires was inversed so as to judge yield of PCCP based on yield of wires.The internal loads both at the concrete cracking stage and the wire yield stage were obtained and compared with the experimental ones.
