本文是对文献[1]“关于三峡水库泥沙计算可靠性的讨论”的回应和讨论。文中首先对非均匀沙挟沙能力关系进行了必要说明,指出挟沙能力系数的多值性,并从理论上论证了在长江水库中取K=0.03及长江河道中取K=0.017是有根据的,而且与经验值是符合的。针对文献[1]认为三峡水库挟沙能力系数做的工作太少,没有认真研究,本文引用了一系列成果以说明对挟沙能力及挟沙能力系数一直在不断深入研究,不仅论证了采用值是最优的,而且在理论上有不少进展和创新。其次,直率指出文献[1]在挟沙能力系数偏大的实际资料分析中含有误解和错误,不足以得到它的结论。同时列举了支持三峡水库和下游河道挟沙能力系数的几个重要成果;并指出决定水库淤积的是不平衡输沙时的含沙量,离开它专谈挟沙能力是不全面的。接着对丹江口水库验证成果及有关数据进行了说明和分析,指出文献[1]提出的一些讨论不符合实际,是不恰当的;而两个单位的验证成果,足够符合目前泥沙研究的精度。最后指出文献[1]的挟沙能力系数影响三峡水库淤积的分析结论明显地夸大了淤积,进而对文献[1]及其作者的自相矛盾的一些研究与作法提出了异议,并希望注意改进。
This paper is the response on the ref. (1) “Discussion on the reliability of sediment computations employed in the feasibility studies of Three Gorges Project”. Firstly, the author shows that according to the relationship of carrying capacity and its multivalued coefficients of carrying capacity K = 0.03 adopted for the reservoir and K = 0.017 for river reach of the Yangtze River are reasonable and in agreement with the empirical values. A series of research works listed in this paper shows that study on carrying capacity and its coefficient has been deeply carried out and evident progress has been made in this field. This viewpoint is contrary to ref. ( 1 ) because of too less study on the coefficient of carrying capacity of TGR. Then, the author points out that the coefficient of carrying capacity used in ref. ( 1 ) is too large because the field data of large values has been analyzed incorrectly. The mistake is caused because it is neglected that sedimentation in reservoir mainly depends on the sediment concentration of non-equilibrium transport, not only on the carrying capacity. Some important research works are provided to demonstrate the reasonability of the coefficients adopted in the feasibility studies. The computing results verified by the field data of Danjiankou reservoir are filled with the requirement for sedimentation research. In the end, the author emphasizes that the deposition of TGR is overestimated in ref. ( 1 )
