In this paper , the authors started with the condition of non-equilibrium of uneven suspended silt transport , by means of a good deal of achievement in scientific research and calculation methods in home and abroad , combining with the data of actual measurement from Huanghe River for many years , established a set of calculation formulas suitable to gradation of sediment--laden capacity of sediment fluid flow with characteristic of Huanghe River , and thought that the gradation of sediment-laden capacity of sediment fluid flow is related not only to gradation of bed sand but also to shifting sand from upstream of the river.
