采用聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PEGGE)、低分子量的环氧树脂(CYD-128)及乙醇胺(MEA)在温和的条件下合成了一种水性环氧乳化剂。再利用相反转法,制备出了一种分散相颗粒小且粒径分布均匀的非离子型自乳化环氧树脂乳液。采用正交实验设计研究了nepoxy/namino(环氧基和胺氢的摩尔比)、nPEGGE/nCYD-128(PEGGE和CYD-128的摩尔比)、乳化剂用量和相反转温度对平均粒径的影响。利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对乳化剂的结构进行了表征,利用马尔文激光粒度分析仪对环氧乳液进行了表征。结果表明,当nepoxy/namino=1.10,nPEGGE/nCYD-128=8,乳化剂用量为9%,相反转温度为60℃时,制备的乳液产物粒径最小、分布均匀、稳定性好,具有应用价值。
A kind of water epoxy resin emulsifier was synthesized by diglycidyl ether of polyglycol(PEGGE),low molecular weight epoxy resin(CYD-128)and ethanolamine(MEA)under mild conditions.The nonionic epoxy resin emulsion which has a small particle size and uniform size distribution was prepared by phase inversion process.An orthogonal experiment was used to study the effects of nepoxy/namino(molar ratio of epoxy and amine),nPEGGE/nCYD-128(molar ratio of PEGGE and CYD-128),amount of emulsifier and the phase inversion temperature on average particle size.Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)was used to characterize the structure of emulsifier.The experimental results showed that the emulsion with the smallest particle size and uniform size distribution was prepared with the molar ratio of epoxy and amine was 1.1,the molar ratio of PEGGE and CYD-128 was 8,the amount of emulsifier was 9%and the phase inversion temperature was 60℃.
