以硝酸铋和碘化钾为原料,通过加入少量赖氨酸,采用低温水解法制备了碘氧化铋(BiOI)粉体.采用x射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、紫外一可见漫反射光谱等仪器对样品进行了表征,分析了样品的晶体结构、形貌、紫外一可见吸收光谱特征.研究结果表明,该方法合成的BiOI为片状,厚度约50nm.合成过程中赖氨酸的加入,改变了Bi0I的晶体结构并减小了晶体尺寸.降解罗丹明B的光催化实验表明,赖氨酸的添加有效地提高了BiOI的可见光催化性能.
In this paper, with bismuth nitrate and potassium iodide as raw materials, the nanosized BiOI was prepared by adding a small amount of lysine through a low-temperature hydrolysis method. The crystal structure and morphology of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) ,scanning electron mi- croscopy (SEM) and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-vis DRS). The results showed that the as-prepared BiOI had nanoplate morphology with the thickness about 50 nm. The addition of lysine changed the crystal structure of BiOI and reduced the crystal size. The results of photocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B show that the addition of lysine effectively enhanced the visible light photocatalytic activity of BiOI.
