在提取滚动轴承故障特征后,如何设计合理的分类器对滚动轴承进行故障模式识别是故障诊断的关键步骤。分别介绍了粗糙集模式识别中的变精度粗糙集、统计模式识别中的最小二乘支持向量机、模糊模式识别中的模糊C均值聚类算法。分析各种方法的基本原理、应用和特点。研究发现,多种故障模式识别方法的融合运用是今后研究的重点方向。
After Extracting the rolling bearing fault features,how to design a reasonable classification of rolling element bearing fault pattern recognition is a key step of the fault diagnosis.The variable precision rough set of rough set pattern recognition,the least squares support vector machine of statistical pattern recognition,and the fuzzy means clustering algorithm of fuzzy pattern recognition were introduced respectively.The basic principles,applications and features of the various methods are analyzed.The study has found that combination of different methods of fault pattern recognition method would become a new research focus for fault future extracfion of bearing.
