This paper respectively employs the model analysis of the interprovincial face plate data in China from 1996 to 2008 and the impact FDI exerted on the technological innovation in different provinces,that is,the differences they have made in the capacity of technological innovation,especially in the Eastern,Middle and Western regions of China.Furthermore,it probes into the reasons resulting in the these particular differences.At last,it offers some corresponding policy suggestions.
