内蒙古农区部分高产奶牛遗传改良与DHI测定效果分析

[目的]了解掌握内蒙古农区部分高产奶牛遗传改良和DHI测定效果,为高产奶牛良种繁育体系的建立和高效养殖提供科学依据。[方法]通过数据资料的收集、整理,统计分析内蒙古农区部分高产奶牛遗传改良效果和生产性能水平。[结果]内蒙古农区高产奶牛养殖规模日益增强,成年牛比例占56.08%。使用冻精改良后,情期受胎率为49.36%、犊牛成活率达到97.13%,母犊初生体重为38.93kg/头,成年牛305d产奶量均达7249.16kg,乳脂率和乳蛋白含量分别达到3.69%、3.24%,且脂蛋白比均达到1.14。[结论]充分应用阿菲金系统构建"数字化"的评估管理体系,完善DHI测定机制,对建立健全内蒙古农区高产奶牛良繁体系,推动奶牛规模化高效养殖具有重要的意义。

英文摘要:

[Objective]This article was trying to get the effects of the part of high producing dairy cow's genetic improvement and DHI determination in Inner Mongolia agricultural area and provide scientific evi- dence to build high production dairy cow's breeding system and high-performance cultivation. [Method] Through data collection, and sorting, we made statistical analysis about the part of high producing dairy cow's genetic improvement effect and production performance in Inner Mongolia agricultural area. [Result] In Inner Mongolia agricultural area, the feeding scale of high producing dairy was increasing and the ratio of dairy cow has reached 56. 08%. After using frozen semen improvement , the insemination pregnancy rate during oestrus was 49.36% and the survival rate of calves reached 97.13%, birth weight of female calves reached 38.93 kg, and the milk production of dairy cow during 305d was 7 249.16 kg, Milk fat per centage and Milk protein percentage were 3.69% and 3.24% respectively,and Lipoprotein Proportion was 1.14. [Conclusion]Making full use of Afikin system built "digital" assessment and management system, and improving the DHI determination mechanism, plays a significant role in promoting the industry of high producing cow's sustainable development in Inner Mongolia agricultural area.
