企业风险具有传导性。与之前学者们对企业风险管理的研究相比，认为企业风险传导是风险管理研究的新课题，也是风险管理研究体系的重要组成部分。剖析了企业风险传导的条件，对企业风险传导进行分类。探讨性提出企业风险传导依赖的路径。

英文摘要：

Enterprise risk （ER） is conductive.Comparing with the previous researches on ER management, it is pointed out that ER conduction is a new study and an important part of the research system of ER management. The paper analyzes the conditions of the ER conduction, classifies the ER conduction, and presents the paths of ER conduction.
