为研究香蕉中MADS-box基因相互作用的分子机理,筛选该基因表达产物在体内相互作用的靶蛋白,分别构建诱饵质粒载体和香蕉果实采后2 d的cDNA文库,采用共转化法转入酵母细胞中,经过初步筛选鉴定,证明已成功构建了MADS-box基因的酵母双杂交系统。该结果为发现MADS-box基因表达产物在体内相互作用的靶蛋白奠定了基础。
To investigate the interacting molecular mechanism of MADS-box gene and screen target proteins in vivo,a"bait"vector of MADS-box and a cDNA library of the banana fruit two days postharvest were constructed and transfected to yeast cells.The results of identification indicated that the construction of yeast two-hybrid library was successful.This study might lay a foundation for discovering the interacting proteins of the MADS-box in vivo.
