为提升特殊螺纹套管接头的连接性能和密封性能,利用ANSYS软件建立套管特殊螺纹接头参数化有限元分析模型,并基于因素轮换法的基本思想,研究不同结构参数(包括螺纹承载面角度、台肩面角度、螺纹锥度)对套管接头连接性能和密封性能的影响。结果表明,在综合考虑接头的塑性变形和滑脱失效两个方面的影响,承载角应选择一个较小的角度值;在复合载荷工况作用下,负角度的台肩辅助密封的效果要好于直角台肩;套管在上扣力矩和轴向拉伸载荷作用下,当接箍内螺纹锥度等于套管外螺纹锥度时,套管接头的连接性能较好。
In order to improve the connection and sealing performance of special threaded casing joint, a finite element analysis model was established for the special threaded casing joint by using the ANSYS system in this paper, and the influence of different structure parameters including the angle of thread bear- ing surface, shoulder surface, and taper of the thread on the casing joint performance was studied based on the factor rotation idea. The research results showed that a smaller angle value should be chosen in the de- sign of the bearing angle considering the influence of the plastic deformation and slippage fallure. Under the combined external load conditions, the effect of auxiliary seal on the shoulder angle was better than that of the right angle shoulder. Under the action of the upper buckle and the axial tension load, when the internal thread taper of the coupling was equal to the taper of the external thread of the casing, the connec- tion performance of the casing joint was better.
