复杂工业过程关键被控变量的设定值是否合理直接影响到生产指标能否优化实现。针对设定值的合理性问题,融入评价的思想,提出一种基于多目标评价的优化设定方法,采用案例推理技术建立了设定模型的总体结构,通过对设定值的事前评价,实现了在线调整设定值的闭环寻优功能。利用开发出的竖炉焙烧过程仿真平台验证了方法的正确性和有效性,可以避免机理分析等方法在应用中的局限性。
The optimizing setting values of the key controlled variables are difficult to find in complex industrial process,which results in difficulty to control production indices within the target ranges.To deal with such a problem,an optimizing setting method is proposed on the basis of the multi-objective evaluation.Consisting of the case-based reasoning model,and the evaluation model,this method achieves real-time evaluation and closed-loop optimization for the set points.The simulation result in shaft furnaces indicates its effectiveness.
