基于拉伸试验研究了一种TRIP钢在塑性变形时的加工硬化行为,同时利用XRD测量试样残余奥氏体及碳含量。研究结果表明:加工硬化指数(九值)的下降速度与伸长率存在对应关系,钢中残余奥氏体对n值变化有重大影响。
The working-hardening behaviour of TRIP-assisted steels during plastic deformation was investigated by tensile test. Meanwhile, the volume fraction of retained austenite and the carbon content were measured by X-ray diffraction patterns. The results indicate that the falling rate of working-hardening exponent (n) has corresponding to the total elongation. Furthermore, the volume fraction and carbon content of retained austenite have momentous effects on falling rate of working-hardening exponent.
