对转子振动试验采集信号的消噪问题,开展了采用数学形态滤波的滤波器结构参数设计问题的研究.在对数学形态滤波的数学原理进行分析的基础上,根据实验采集信号的特性,提出一种基于正弦型结构元素的广义形态滤波器,解决了其结构参数设置问题.与传统的平滑低通滤波效果的对比表明,提出的滤波器具有能够更准确地反映转子轴心轨迹一般规律性的能力.
Aimed at de-noising problems of vibrational signals acquired from rotor vibration experiments,the problem of structural parameter design of a filter with mathematical morphology was taken steps to investigate.Based on the analysis of the principle of mathematical morphological filtering,a generalized morphological filter with sinusoidal structural element was advanced according to the characteristics of the signal acquisition,and its structural parameter settings were solved.It was shown by comparison to the effect of traditional smoothing low-pass filtering that the filter proposed in this paper exhibited the ability to more accurately report the universal law of centroid of the rotor axis.
