拥有专利数量众多的企业属于专利密集型企业，全部专利的总被引次数大的专利密集型企业则表现出明显的知识溢出现象。这类企业之间的专利引用行为突出反映了企业的技术竞争地位、行业的技术竞争态势和国家的技术创新活跃程度。依托德温特创新索引数据库，检索整理了全球专利拥有量最多且拥有专利的总被引次数最大的专利密集型企业的典型代表，在分析这些企业的国家与行业分布状况的基础上，发现了专利密集型企业集中分布于日、美等国家和车辆与零部件、电子与电气设备等行业的现象。继而考察了这些企业之间的专利直接引用行为，分析了跨国、跨行业引用状况，构建了专利引用网络，展现了关键企业在连通跨行业专利引用网络中的桥梁作用。

英文摘要：

Patent-intensive enterprises, which possess numerous patents, have relatively strong technological innovative capabilities and trade competitive abilities. And the patent-intensive enterprises which are cited most, present obvious knowledge spillovers. The patent citation behaviors among those enterprises could reflect the technological competitive status of an enterprise, the technological competitive situation of an industry and the technological in- novative activeness of a country. In this study, we search the patent-intensive enterprises which possess the most patents and citations around the world in Derwent Innovations Index. Based on the analysis about the state and industrial distribution of these enterprises, we find that most of them are distributed among a few developed countries like Japan and America, and a few industries like motor vehicles and parts, electrical and electronic equipmerit. We analyze the direct patent citation behaviors, the situations of transnational and cross-industry citation The patent citation networks show the important roles of key enterprises in connecting patent citation network.
