According to research automobiles theft-protection production, efficient theft-protection system was developed. Nios Ⅱ as core processor was customized and MPEG-4 video encoder IP was designed. Using the GPRS network to transmit video information, theftprotection system with remote video monitoring, automatic alarm and remote interactive control was implemented. According to testing, the result was hoped. It was widely used in car security.
