针对高温气井中普通缓蚀剂性能大幅下降的问题,进行抗高温缓蚀剂研究。在室内测试8种缓蚀剂于130℃高温条件下对管材N80的腐蚀速率,优选腐蚀速率最低缓蚀剂;同时通过不同浓度缓蚀剂的缓蚀率测试,确定其最佳加注浓度。最后,通过测试不同CO2分压和温度条件下的缓蚀效果,验证优选出的UT2-2缓蚀剂对不同CO2分压和温度的适应性。
Under high temperature conditions, the performance of ordinary corrosion inhibiters would become inva- lid. In this case, it was necessary to study new thermo - stable anti - corrosion for solving the corrosion problem oc- curring in high temperature gas well. By testing the corrosion rate of N80 pipe applied with 8 kinds of corrosion in- hibiter at 130℃ conditions, the corrosion inhibitor UT2 -2 with the lowest corrosion rate was optimized. By meas- uring the inhibition efficiency under different of CO2 partial pressure and temperature conditions, it was found that there was a good adaptability for UT2 -2 inhibitors.
