The paper outlines former researchers＇ research results and existing problems in the aspect of optimum gas injection allocation model for gas-lift blocks. The deficiencies in model establishment mainly are the imperfect of object function, constraint condition and the combination of gas-lift performance curve. Integrating the optimum gas injection allocation model former researchers have obtained, three classes of optimum gas injection allocation models containing four types of constraint conditions and two types of combination which are the most comprehensive so far have been established.
