分形方法是一种用于表征表面形貌的新方法。分析了常用的M-B分形函数及其参数的选择,并以M-B分形函数作为标准轮廓曲线,分析比较了目前常用的几种分形维数算法,如尺码法、盒维数法、方差法、轮廓均方根法、功率谱法、结构函数法等。结果表明,结构函数法所得表面轮廓分形维数的稳定性和准确性较高。
M - B fractal function and its parameters were analyzed. Then,this article compares various methods currently used for computing the fractal dimension of surface profiles on the basis of M - B fractal model as the normal profiles,such as yard - stick method, box dimension method, variation method, root mean square method, power spectrum method,and structure function method. The results indicate that structure function method has better stability and precision so that it can be adopted to calculate fractal dimension of surface.
