实现了一种基于数控系统的复杂曲面测量系统。该系统硬件连接简单可靠,通过分接数控系统电机编码器信号,采用计数卡计数,获取数控机床五轴坐标值。软件部分采用多媒体定时器采集PCI1784、IK220和位移传感器(IFD2401)的数据,然后将获取的五轴坐标值和位移采集数据进行矢量求和,从而得到三维点云。大量实验证明:该测量系统稳定可靠,测量精度高,实用性强。
A measuring system for complex surfaces was implemented based on CNC system. Hardware connection of this system was simple mid reliable. Through taping the motor encoder signals of CNC system, the counter cards could access five-axis coordinate values of CNC machine. In the software part, the multimedia timer was used to acquire data of PCI1784, IK220 and the displacement sensor ( IFD2401 ). Then the vector sums of the five-axis coordinate values and the displacement data were made and three-dimension- al point clouds were gotten. A large number of experiments show that the measurement system is reliable, high precision and strong practicability.
