为了提高产辛酸乙酯地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus lincheni formis)的产酯能力,以前期分离得到的产辛酸乙酯地衣芽孢杆菌作为出发菌株,通过紫外线对该菌株进行诱变,筛选高产辛酸乙酯的突变株。结果显示,经诱变后筛选出一株发生正突变的菌株即DY-3,经发酵后通过气相色谱法测定其辛酸乙酯的产量较出发菌株提高了62.5%。
In order to improve the production capacity of etheyl octanoate ester of bacillus licheniformis,In this paper we took the etheyl octanoat bacillus licheniformis which were produced from preliminary separation as a starting strain,through ultraviolet radiation on the strain mutagenesis, screening of high yield mutant strains of octanoic acid ethyl ester.The results indicated that after mutagenesis and screened strain positive mutated strain of DY-3.To determine its etheyl octanoate production after fermenting by gas chromatography.The production increased by 62.5% compare with the starting strain.
