高技术企业的发展主要依靠技术创新,创新成为高技术企业实现可持续竞争优势的关键驱动要素,高技术企业创新能力测量至关重要。分析发现,高技术企业创新能力在发展过程中存在阈值效应,从演化轨迹看,在某个阶段投入与产出指标的长期变动趋势基本呈反向发展态势,投入与产出之间的变动速度也不相同,而这样的变化特征意味着高技术企业创新投入与产出能力之间可能存在阈值效应。基于以上分析,以2012至2015年河北省的企业数据为研究样本,运用层次分析法及S型曲线模型建立企业创新能力评价模型,研究阈值效应,评估企业技术创新能力。研究结果表明,河北省高技术企业资源投入与技术创新能力得分之间呈现一种"S"型关系,存在阈值效应,即:创新资源投入小于阈值时,资源的投入有助于企业技术创新能力的提升;创新资源投入达到阈值时,企业的技术创新能力到达极值,此后将趋于稳定。
The development of high technology enterprise mainly relies on technical innovation,therefore high technology enterprise needs certain measurement system to measure their innovation ability. However,the enterprise's ability to meet consumers' expectations depends on its ability to innovate and provide competitive new products largely,innovation become the key driver of sustainable competitive advantage of a high technology enterprise. The paper found that the innovation ability of high technology enterprises has the threshold effect in the process of development. By using the 2012-2015 date,and using S type curve model to establish enterprise innovation ability evaluation model with threshold effect to evaluate the technology innovation ability of enterprises,the paper found that resources input and score of technological innovation ability present a kind of "S"type relationship:when the innovation resources input less than the threshold,the resources' input help enterprise technology innovation ability of ascension,but when the Innovation resources are inclined to threshold,the innovation ability of enterprise technology reach extreme value,then it will be stabilized.
