On the basis of ideas and principles of ＂Washington Accord＂certification and the actualsituation of Chinese higher education, the development of higher engineer education certification werereviewed and analyzed. The results show that. the existence work does not meet the ecological goals,undergraduate teaching evaluation distinction is not enough and vocational qualifications are unstructured.Some suggestions are proposed to improve Chinese current professional certification.
