由于发展阶段以及内外部环境的变化,中国开发区普遍面临着转型升级的诉求,而向综合新城转型是中国开发区转型实践的新方向。在此基础上,通过对相关研究成果进行梳理、归纳和总结,从开发区生命周期理论、开发区向综合新城转型发展的内涵与必要性、内在机制和动力因素、转型模式和策略以及转型路径等方面综述分析中国开发区向综合新城转型发展的研究现状。最后,结合当前开发区转型与升级所面临的新问题以及现有研究成果的不足之处,对未来研究方向进行了展望。

英文摘要：

Due to the change of internal and external environment, the development zone was generally faced with the demands of transformation and upgrading, and the transition to a comprehensive new town is a new direction in practice of the development zone. On this basis, this paper reviews the progress of the transition from development zone to the comprehensive new town in china by combing, summarizing and analyzing the related research results from the following aspects： the theories of life cycle of development zone, the connotation and necessity, internal mechanisms and power factors, transformation models and strategies and transition paths of the development zone. Finally, combined with the new problems in transformation and upgrading of the development zone and the shortages of current researches, we have a prospect of future research.
