以水为溶剂,尿素为氮源,用微波化学法合成了具有高活性的可见光响应氮掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂。采用XRD、FT-IR、TEM、UV-vis等手段对样品的性能进行了表征分析,并以甲基橙为目标降解物,考察了催化剂在普通目光灯照射下的光催化活性。结果表明,所制备的N-TiO粉体在400、450、500、550℃热处理4h后仍为锐钛矿相;光催化剂中的N以共价键的形式存在于TiO2晶格之中;样品的吸收阈值波长可红移至500nm左右;当煅烧温度为400℃时,样品表现出最佳的光催化活性。
Highly efficient visible-light-induced nitrogen-doped TiO2 nanoerystal photocatalysts synthesized by microwave chemical method in which water is solvent and urea is the nitrogen source. The samples were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, TEM, UV-Vis absorbance spectra. The photocatalytic activity of the samples for methyl orange degradation was investigated under visible -light irradiation. The results indicate that crystal phase of the N-TiO2 sintered at 400,450,500,550℃ for 4h are anatase; Nitrogen is doped into TiO2 lattice in the form of chemical bond; The wavelength is red-shift to about 500nm; The sample sintered at 400℃ exhibit the highest photocatalytic activity than that of others.
