利用微波化学法合成Mg掺杂LaFeO3粉体,并对其晶体结构和形貌进行了表征,结果表明Mg掺杂LaFeO3粉体为单一的正交钙钛矿结构,没有杂相峰出现,且LaFe0.7Mg0.3O3颗粒呈椭球状,颗粒粒径为20nm左右,颗粒分散性较好。对材料的气敏特性研究结果表明,LaFe0.7Mg0.3O3对1.0×10-4甲醛气体有较好的灵敏度、良好的选择性,响应和恢复时间分别是55和25s。
Mg-doped LaFeO3 powder was prepared by the method of microwave chemical synthesis.The crystal structure and morphologies of Mg-LaFeO3 were characterized.The results show that the LaFe0.7Mg0.3O3 was pure perovskite structure,the dispersive of LaFe0.7Mg0.3O3 particle is uniform and the particle size is about 20nm.The sensitivity and selectivity of LaFe0.7Mg0.3O3 for 1.0×10-4 formaldehyde are good,and the response-recovery times are about 55 and 25s,respectively.
