用小角X射线(SAX)研究聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)对磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)脂质膜结构的影响。研究发现,在PE—PVP膜中,随着PVP浓度的增加,发生了由立方相Im3m(Q^229)到立方相Pn3mQ^224)的相变。在0.05wt%PVP中,PE—PVP膜是处在Im3m(Q^229)和Pn3m(Q^224)共存的立方相。在0.5wt%PVP中,PE—PVP膜是以立方相Pn3m(Q^224)存在。
The effects of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) on the phase stability and structures of the mixture membranes of 1, 2 - Dielaidoyl - sn - glycero - 3 - phosphoethanolamine (DEPE) have investigated by small angle X-- ray scattering. A phase transition from Im3m (Q^229) to Pn3m (Q^224) phase occurred with increasing PVP concentration in the DEPE- PVP membrane. At 0.05 wt% PVP,DEPE- PVP membranes were in the coexistence cubic phase of both Q^224 and Q^229 ,and at 0.5 wt% PVP,DEPE membranes were in the Q^224 phase.
