The automobile oil sump is designed through preprocess,numerical calculation and post-process on the dynaform platform.The process parameters,such as deep drawing speed,blank holder speed and blank holder force,are optimized through orthogonal design.Further analysis is carried out according to the forming limit diagram and thickness diagram.The work results in a set of optimal process parameters,which provide important guidance for drawing quality products in the actual production.It is a significant condition in improving production and economic efficiency.
