The migrant workers are responsive position in the enterprise,among the social distribution system in a weak position, the social structure in transition at the bottom position; farmers working partners for the production of various factors have to share the aspirations of the community fair share of wealth,as people and citizens have access to basic rights protection demands, but also through social groups,the power to express their interest demands;migrant workers as group interests,through fundamental rights protection mechanisms,docking association mechanism,the social risk protection mechanism and administrative protection be achieved.
