目的:研究黄芪及其发酵产物对免疫低下糖尿病大鼠的影响。方法:80只大鼠,10只作为正常对照组,70只用来造模。造模成功大鼠随机分为模型组、盐酸二甲双胍片组、酵母溶液组、黄芪提取液组、黄芪发酵产物组5组。持续给药4 w后,腹主动脉取血,分离血清,测定血糖、血常规、IgG、IL-2、INS水平,并进行胰腺组织形态学观察及胰岛素样生长因子的检测。结果:与模型组比较,黄芪提取液组、黄芪发酵产物组的各项指标均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05, P<0.01)。结论:应进一步深入开展黄芪发酵产物临床应用的研究。
Objective:To observe the effect of Huangqi and its fermentation production on rats with diabetes and immune-suppression. Methods:80 rats,10 rats as normal control group,70 rats were used to prepare animal models. The valid model rats were randomly divided into model group,metformin hydrochloride tablets group,yeast solution group,Huangqi extract group,Huangqi fermentation production group. 4 w after administration,the blood from the abdominal aorta was taken and serum was separated.Then blood glucose,blood routine,IgG,IL-2,INS and insulin like growth factor(IGF) were detected.Histomorphology observation of pancreatic gland was undergone. Results:Compared with model group,above in-dices were improved in Huangqi extract group and Huangqi fermentation production group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion:Clinical applications of Huangqi and its fermentation production should be profoundly studied.
