Shao Feng was born in 1980. He received his Ph.D. degree in electronic science and technology from Zhejiang University, China, in 2007. He jointed Ningbo University in 2007. She received her Ph.D. degree in computer science from Ajou University, Korea, in 2000. She is now a professor in Ningbo University.
