采用α-羧基环己基磺酸为原料一步合成α-羟基环己基苯基甲酮.α-羧基环己基磺酸来源于巴陵石化甲苯法制己内酰胺的608废液中磺化副产物的提取.实验研究表明:以'沉淀还原法'与'络合萃取法'相结合从608废液中提取α-羧基环己基磺酸,其收率为85.7%,纯度达95%;一步法反应过程存在最佳原料配比m(α-羧基环己基磺酸二钠):m(苯甲酸)=2.2∶2.44,MnO作为催化剂,在反应温度为330℃,反应时间为2 h,催化剂浓度为0.99wt%下,α-羟基环己基苯基甲酮的收率达到70.4%,纯度为80.5%.
