针对近年来应用广泛的混合箝位式多电平拓扑,提出了一种基于模态转换原理的直流母线电容和悬浮电容的容值确定方法。该方法既能保证系统正常运行,又可节省资源。通过理论计算、仿真和实验证明了该方法的可行性和正确性。同时,该分析方法和设计准则也适用于其他多电平拓扑,具有良好的可扩展性。
The hybrid clamped multilevel inverter has been widely applied recently.A new method for choosing the values of the DC-link capacitor and auxiliary capacitors which is based on switching transitions principle is proposed.The traditional way of capacitor choice in the hybrid clamped multilevel topology is mainly depended on engineering experience and estimate.The new method can ensure the system run steadily,and save superabundant resource spend-ing.The feasibility and correctness of this new method is validated by theoretic calculation,simulation and experiments.Furthermore,the proposed method can be easily expanded and applied for other multilevel topologies.
