采用逐步增大进水中氯化苄生产废水比例的方法,在含盐量高达39 g/L的情况下,成功完成了连续流中好氧颗粒污泥的驯化。COD去除率在90%左右;总氮去除率可达80%,其去除效果受到了含盐量的影响,总氮的去除主要得益于微生物的同化作用和同化硝化反硝化作用。驯化前好氧颗粒污泥基质降解动力学参数υ_(max)=1.34 h~(-1),K_m=1020.43 mg/L,驯化后的好氧颗粒污泥的参数为υ_(max)=1.27 h~(-1),K_m=1 068.60 mg/L。好氧颗粒污泥在连续流中处理氯化苄生产废水表现出了较好的性能。
The treatment ofbenzyl chloride wastewaterwith 39 g/L salinity by aerobic granular sludge was successfully conducted in a continuous flow reactor. Removal rate of COD and total nitrogenwas about 90% and 80% respectively, and'it was affected by salinity. Nitrogen was mainly removed by assimilation and assimilation/nitrification/denitrification of the microorganism.
