在两个小试SBR中接种成熟的好氧颗粒污泥(AGS),分别研究了不同时长的好氧及厌氧生物选择段下AGS的特性及对污染物的去除效果,为维持AGS的稳定性提供技术支持。结果表明,生物选择段的设置能够有效抑制丝状菌的生长,并能较好地维持AGS的稳定性。AGS的sV30/SV5值维持在0.90以上,SVI保持在40mL/g以下,MLVSS/MLSS值在0.6~0.7之间,EPS为37—44mg/gMLVSS。PN/PS值为1.3—2.0,含水率为97.3%~98.5%。不同选择段下反应器对污染物均具有较好的去除效果。不同好氧选择段下反应器对COD、TP、TIN及NH4+-N的去除率分别保持在98%、90%、77%及82%以上;不同厌氧选择段下反应器对COD、TP、TIN及NH2-N的去除率分别保持在97%、85%、75%及75%以上。虽然好氧选择段下的除污效果要略高于厌氧选择段的,但后者的运行成本更低。
Mature aerobic granular sludge (AGS) was inoculated in two laboratory scale SBRs, and the characteristics and pollutant removal performance of AGS were investigated in aerobic and anaero- bic biological selectors to provide technical support for the maintenance of AGS stability. The results indi- cated that the growth of filamentous bacteria could be effectively inhibited by biological selectors, and the stability of AGS could be maintained well. SV30/SV5 of AGS remained above 0.90. SVI was always less than 40 mL/g. MLVSS/MLSS, the amount of EPS, PN/PS and water content were 0.6 to 0.7, 37 to 44 mg/gMLVSS, 1.3 to 2.0 and 97.3% to 98.5% , respectively. Good removal efficiency of pollutants was achieved by the reactors with different biological selectors. The removal rates of COD, TP, NH4+ - N and TIN were above 98% , 90% , 82% and 77% respectively in different aerobic biological selectors, while their removal rates were 97% , 85% , 75% and 75% respectively in different anaerobic biological selec- tors. Although the removal efficiency of pollutants in aerobic biological selectors was slightly higher than that in anaerobic biological selectors, however, lower operating costs could be achieved by anaerobic bio- logical selectors.
