通过对不同硫化时间的顺丁橡胶(BR)、丁苯橡胶(SBR)、天然橡胶(NR)胶料的转矩硫化仪转矩值、交联密度、凝胶含量变化规律及胶料溶解情况的分析,研究了三种通用聚二烯烃橡胶硫化过程中交联网络形成过程。结果表明,硫磺/二硫代二苯并噻唑(DM)硫化体系的三种胶料在硫化初期(硫化诱导期)产生了类似于支化的初级交联;在硫化起步期就形成了连续的、无限大的基本交联网络结构;在热硫化期,交联网络进一步完善,并逐步加密。与N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(NS)体系相比,网络结构演变的过程相同,但网络发展的各个阶段的速度有所不同。
In order to investigate the rule of network evolvement during vulcanization,generally used diene rubbers,including natural rubber(NR),butadiene rubber(BR),styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)were cured at different time.The cured rubbers were then researched through data analysis on torques,gel contents,crosslink densities and photographes of dissolution/swell.The experiments show that in scorch delay period the system of sulfur/2,2′-dibenzothiazole disulfide(DM),indicates the formation of primary crosslink among several macromolecules.After this stage,a fundamental network has been formed.The network is improved on top of the formation of fundamental network.The process of evolution is same compared with the system of(N-t-butylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide)(NS),but the developmental speed is different at various stages.
