应用逾渗理论分析了NR,BR和SBR三种橡胶的转矩硫化曲线和交联密度曲线,分别得到硫化交联网络在临界转变区域的逾渗阈值和临界指数。研究结果表明,在相同网络发展阶段使用同种表征方法,3种橡胶的临界指数基本相同,即其在硫化过程中的网络发展服从相同的标度律。
The percolation thresholds and critical exponents of the crosslink networks in the vicinity of critical translation were obtained respectively by analyzing the vulcanization and the crosslink density curves of NR,BR and SBR with the aid of percolation theory.The results showed that,by using the same characterization method in the same vulcanization period,the critical exponents for these three types of rubber were similar,which indicated the evolutions of their crosslink networks in vulcanization process obeyed the same scale law.
