运用电子探针-能谱仪复相分离新技术对进口及国产样管的供货态(S30432管、P92管)及持久试样(S30432管)进行了相稳定性的研究。结果表明:国产S30432管供货态的一次碳化物(MX)及二次MX总量高于进口管;其二次MX相的Nb含量低于进口管,且Cr、V含量高于进口管;随着持久试验应力的下降及断裂时间的延长,国产与进口S30432管晶界析出相的Cr含量增加、Nb含量下降;除δ铁素体超量的P92进口管及国产试验Z管以外,其余供货态P92管的化学成分相当;国产P92管的碳化物含量高于进口管,各样管碳化物的Cr、Mo、W含量有差异。
A study on phase stability of imported and domestic sample pipe supply state (S30432 pipe, P92 pipe) and endurance sample pipe (S30432 pipe) was carried out. The study result indicates that primary carbide (MX) and total secondary MX content of domestic S30432 pipe supply state are higher than those of imported ones, while Nb content of its secondary MX phase is lower than those of imported ones, and Cr and V contents are higher than imported ones. In the process of both domestic and imported S30432 pipe's endurance tests the endurance test breaking time prolongs with stress decrease, Cr content of grain boundary precipitation is increased and Nb content is reduced. The chemical compositions of supplied P92 pipes are equal except imported P92 pipe with excessive δ ferrite and domestic test Z pipe. The carbide content of domestic P92 pipe is higher than that of imported ones. Cr, Mo and W contents of all pipe carbide are varied.
