对离心喷射沉积IN718合金进行固溶处理及870℃×(10~100)h时效。利用EPMA背散射电子像及TEM衍衬像显示其显微组织形貌,利用电子探针-能谱分析(EPMA-EDS)和复相分离法(MPSM)测算了合金中的γ″、δ和基体相的成分,计算了各相含量以及相间典型元素分配量,分析了各元素在γ″和δ相的分布特征。结果表明,离心喷射沉积IN718合金在870℃时效后析出γ″和δ相;随着时效时间的延长,δ相含量符合Avram i公式规律;时效30 h后γ″相含量随时间呈线性增加;元素分配量的变化揭示了时效过程中相间元素的分布特征。
Centrifugaled spray deposition(CSD) formed IN718 alloy samples were aged for different time(10-100) h at 870 ℃ after solution treatment. The microstructure was observed by backscattered electron images of EPMA and micrographs of TEM. The chemical composition of γ″、δ and matrix was measured and calculated by EPMA-EDS and MPSM. The volume fraction and partitioning fraction of typical elements of the phases in alloy were investigated,and distribution character of elements between γ″and δ phase was discussed. The results show that the γ″and δ phase in CSD-formed IN718 alloy are precipitated after aging at 870 ℃. With the aging time increasing,variation of volume fractions of phase is accord with Avrami formula. The volume fraction of γ″ phase is linear with aging time after aging for 30 h. The variation of elemental partitioning fraction indicates the character of elemental distributions in different phases during aging treatment.
