针对传统电缆地层测试技术的局限性,开发了三维地层流体取样和压力测试技术。该技术可有效解决致密碳酸盐岩或致密砂岩等低渗地层、未固结地层、含高黏度流体地层,或是流体饱和压力接近储层压力时进行地层压力测试与流体取样面临的诸多技术难题,大大缩短压力测试和流体取样时间,降低作业风险和成本。重点介绍了Saturn三维径向探针的优点,分析了其现场应用效果。Saturn探针的推出扩大了传统电缆地层测试技术的应用范围,在大多数情况下,Saturn探针能更快速处理钻井液滤液和受污染的地层流体,从而缩短了在测点上停留的时间,与标准XLD单探针相比,Saturn探针完成流体清洁所用的时间要快几个数量级。最后指出开展三维地层流体取样和压力测试技术的研究具有重要的现实意义。
In order to solve limitations of conventional cable formation test technology, a 3D formation fluid sampling and pressure test technology is developed. The technology can effectively solve technical problems with formation pressure test and fluid sampling in dense carbonate rocks, tight sandstones and other low permeability formations, unconsolidated formations and high-viscosity fluid formations or under the condition of fluid saturation pressure close to reservoir pressure, and it can greatly reduce the pressure test and fluid sampling time, operation risk and cost. In this paper, advantages of Saturn 3D radial probe are highlighted and site application effects of the probe get analyzed. The Saturn probe has expanded application range of conventional WFF technology. In most ca- ses, the Saturn probe can process drilling fluid filtrate and polluted formation fluids more quickly to reduce stay time at measuring points. Compared with standard XLD single probe, the Saturn probe can improve fluid cleaning speed by several orders of magnitude. It is pointed out that the research on 3D formation fluid sampling and pressure test technology has an important practical significance.
