以协同学理论为基础,构建了HRM、关系学习、SCM及企业创新绩效之间关系的理论模型,选取陕西省、河南省等地区107家企业作为实证研究对象,定量探讨HRM、关系学习及SCM对企业创新绩效的影响关系。研究结果表明:HRM和关系学习对企业SCM有显著的正向影响;SCM在HRM和企业创新绩效之间发挥着部分中介的作用;关系学习对企业创新绩效的影响并不显著,却会以SCM为中介对创新绩效产生间接影响;HRM和SCM对企业创新绩效均有显著的正向影响。
On the basis of synergetie theory, a theory model between HRM, relationship learning, SCM and enterprise innovation performance was constructed. Then, an empirical research was implemented on 107enterprises which came from Shan Xi province and He Nan province to quantificationally explore the impact of HRM ,relationship learning,and SCM on enterprise innovation performance. The result shows that: HRM has significant positive influence on SCM as well as relationship learning; SCM play a intervening role between HRM and enterprise innovation performance; The influence of relationship learning on enterprise innovation performance is not significant positive, while it has an indirect effect on innovation performance with SCM as the intervening variable; HRM and SCM both have significant positive influence on enterprise innovation performance. The contribution of this paper was to confirm the mechanism and route by which the variables impact each other.
