以钨酸钾和三氧化钨为原料,采用机械球磨后高温固相反应的方法合成了钨青铜。x射线粉末衍射、x射线能谱分析表明,所制备样品为单相的K0.27WO3多晶。低温电阻率测量发现:多晶样品由于大量晶界影响而呈现出异于单晶样品的类半导体行为。
Polyc reaction method rystalline potassium tungsten bronzes have been prepared by ball milling and solid-state using K2WO4 and WO3 as raw materials. The analysis results of X-ray powder diffraction and energy dispersive spectroscopy revealed that the obtained samples are of single phase with empirical formula of K0.27 WO3. Temperature dependence of electrical resistivity shows that a semiconductor-like behavior differs obviously from that of single crystal due to the grain boundaries.
