绝缘纸作为一种复杂的多孔高分子材料,不同厚度的油纸绝缘试样很可能具有不同的电气特性。为探究厚度的影响,选取50、70、130、170μm厚的4种绝缘纸,通过真空浸油,获得相应油纸绝缘试样。对所得油纸试样,测试了传导特性、介电特性和击穿特性。结果表明:随着厚度的增加,油纸试样的电导电流和相对介电常数增加,体积电阻率从143.4 10×Ω?m下降到140.56 10×Ω?m,交流击穿场强从76 k V/mm下降到56 k V/mm,而直流击穿场强从137 k V/mm上升到228 k V/mm。由此证实,厚度会影响油纸绝缘的电气性能。为解释所得结果,测试了不同厚度绝缘纸试样的紧度和吸油率,发现紧度基本相同,吸油率随厚度的增加明显下降。由此得出,紧度不会直接影响吸油率;厚度主要通过影响吸油率,进而影响油纸绝缘材料的电气性能。
As paper is a kind of complex porous polymer materials, oil-paper samples with various thicknesses probably have different electrical properties. Hence, Kraft paper samples with thicknesses of 50 μm, 70μm, 130 μm, and 170 μm were used to confirm the effect of thickness. Oil-paper samples were got through vacuum impregnation, and their conduc- tivity properties, dielectric properties, and breakdown strengths were measured. Results show that, as the thickness increases, the polarization current and relative permittivity will increase, and the volume resistivity will reduce from 3.4 ×1014Ω· m to 0.56 ×1014Ω· m ; AC breakdown field will decrease from 76 kV/mm to 56 kV/mm while DC break- down strength increases from 137 kV/mm to 228 kV/mm. It is confirmed that thickness will affect electrical performances of oil-paper. To explain it, density and oil absorption of Kraft paper were measured, with the increasing of thickness, density is basically unchanged while oil absorption decreases obviously. It is considered that oil absorption is not directly related to density; thickness, mainly by affecting oil absorption of Kraft paper, will influence the electrical properties of oil-paper.
