在保险市场持续快速发展的背景下,车险市场竞争日趋激烈,对车险消费者投保行为的研究可以使保险公司明确消费者的投保需求,进而在车险产品设计、市场拓展、营销策略等方面更加合理,以适应消费者需求特征,对保险公司的业务发展意义重大.基于来自湖南、广西两省区的调查数据,对商业车险个人消费者选择高保障保险还是低保障保险的投保行为影响因素进行了分析.研究发现:会显著影响个人消费者选择高或低保障车险投保行为的因素有消费者的学历、驾龄、收入水平、车辆购置价格和车辆用途等,而消费者的性别和其车辆的购买方式对商业车险个人消费者的投保行为没有明显的影响.
Under the background of the sustained and rapid growth of the insurance market, the competition of the car insurance market seems increasing fierce. The research of the insuring behavior among the consumers of car insurance enables the insurance company to clarify the need of insuring from consumers so as to develop rational strategies towards product designing, market expanding and product marketing. The process of adapting to demands of consumers has significant influence on the company businesses. This paper includes analysis of the factors that occur to impact the choices between high guaranteed insurance and low guaranteed insurance made by commercial car insurance consumers based on data gathered from Hunan and Guangxi. The study reveals that these factors are constituted by educational background, driving-age, personal income level, car prices, ear applications, etc. However, sexuality of consumers and purchasing methods of cars have no obvious effects on the behaviors of consumers.
