From 2013 to 2014, he was a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Institute of Network Coding, Chi- nese University of Hong Kong. Currently, he is an Associate Professor and the Department Chair of the Department of Communication Engineering, Dong- hua University. His research interests include capacity scaling of wireless networks, vehicular networks, smart micro-grid, and energy management of data centers. He serves as a Technical Program Committee Member for IEEE Globecom 2016-2017, the Mobile and Wireless Networks Symposium of IEEE ICC 2015 2017, the Signal Processing for Communications Symposium of IEEE ICC 2014 2017, IEEEVTC2017-Fall,the Wireless Networking and Multimedia Symposium of IEEE/CIC ICCC 2014, and the Future Networking Symposium and Emerging Areas in Wireless Com- munications of WCSP 2014, APCC 2013, and WASA 2012.
