Abstract：According to the characteristics of HVS and DCT coeffciem, an adaptive algorithm embedded in DC coelfficient is proposed. Sim- ulation results show that the algorithm is good at perceptual tramparency as well as robustness against common signal processing such as cut operations, noise, filtering and JPEG compression.
