An improved blind video watermarking algorithm based on MPEG-2 is proposed.First,select the intersection between mean-line in low frequency DCT coefficients and low frequency DCT coefficients of I frame as the embedding frame.And then the watermark information is embedded by using the relationship of specific DCT coefficient.The experimental results show that the algorithm is of good invisibility and has strong robustness under the conventional attacks.
