航天器自主和实时的在轨故障诊断一直是航天领域发展的瓶颈问题,对航天器运动部件的故障特征进行经验模态分解(EMD),有效提取失步故障特征,并得到基频,为黑箱工况下的航天器在轨故障诊断提供了实时的判断依据。另外通过EMD方法与FFT、小波分析的效果对比,验证了EMD方法在航天器运动部件故障诊断上的有效性和先进性。
Independent fault diagnosis for orbited spacecraft in real time is always the bottleneck in the development of aerospace engineering.In this paper,the empirical mode decomposition(EMD) is employed for fault diagnosis of moving component parts of spacecrafts.The step-out fault characteristic is extracted effectively and the base frequency is obtained.This method provides with the basis for fault diagnosis of orbited spacecrafts under the black-box condition.In addition,in comparison with FFT and wavelet analysis,it is found that the EMD method is more efficient and advanced in the fault diagnosis of moving component parts of spacecrafts.
